The terms that govern your use of this website.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at lighthousevs.com (the “Site”), operated by Lighthouse Video Surveillance, LLC (“Lighthouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 11665 Fuqua Street #C301, Houston, TX 77034. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
The content of the Site describes products and services that Lighthouse offers, recommends, and installs, and is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a bid, an offer, a contract, or professional advice regarding any specific property or installation. Site surveys, system design, and written proposals are provided separately.
A request submitted through the Site, including a quote request, is an inquiry only and does not constitute an order or create any obligation on the part of Lighthouse. Prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change without notice. Any engagement for installation or service is subject to a separate written agreement, applicable Texas licensing requirements, and the terms of the relevant manufacturers.
Lighthouse holds Texas Security License #B17255. Work outside the scope of that license, or work that requires other licensed trades, will be identified during design.
Model names, specifications, photographs, and datasheets on the Site are provided by manufacturers and distributors. While we endeavor to keep this information current, features, firmware, and part numbers are subject to change, and Lighthouse does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Please confirm any configuration with us before purchasing or specifying equipment.
Avigilon, Pelco, Motorola Solutions, Hanwha Vision, Vicon, NEXT, Anavio, Milestone, XProtect, Soterix, NexaiQ, and other marks referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Lighthouse is an independent integrator and is not the manufacturer of these products.
You agree not to misuse the Site. Without limitation, you may not submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, collect or scrape Site content by automated means in a manner that burdens or impairs the Site, transmit spam or other unsolicited communications through the Site’s forms, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including its design, text, graphics, and original photographs, are owned by Lighthouse or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content, including its catalog and branding, for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services, including manufacturer datasheets, maps, and social media. These are provided for convenience only. Lighthouse does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Installed systems are covered solely by the written contract and the manufacturer warranties applicable to that installation, and not by the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Lighthouse’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50). This limitation does not apply to liability that may not be limited under Texas law, nor does it affect liability for installation or service work, which is governed by a separate written agreement.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, except that Lighthouse may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
